Community photo gallery script

Hi all, I am looking for a script where all the users/visitors can contribute to any of the photo galleries on the web site. Let's say there is a gallery with New York pictures. Feature I am looking for is to allow all users and/or visitors to upload images of New York to that gallery, or any other gallery. Is there such script or close? Thanks
