Selling Community forum for Google+ Users (plususer.com)

I'm looking for sell a community for Google+ Users. These domains are plususer.com and plususer.net, these domain are registered on 7/7/2011 and got Google PR2.
Plususer.com is registered by Internet.bs
Plususer.net is registered by NameCheap

These domains are registered in my Name, my Address and my email. So I think they are a proof.

The forum is based on MyBB.

The reasons I sell this website are:

• I don't have much time to maintain due to school research.
• The forum is growing but I couldn't have much money to buy paid forum software for it, paid forum software would gain more trust from users.

- 1 SSL for plususer.com (GeoTrust Premium SSL). I'm using this SSL to secure plususer.com/admin
- And much more valuable things... (Please contact me to find out, I'm not selling these things but without the forum, they are useless.)
