Cublox is a community admin resource with 309 members, 1,800 member posts and 7K rss posts


The domain is PR2, and has been registered for 5-6 months, the site was previously phpfoxbox.com so overall the respect and memberbase has been developing over a longish period so the site is well established. The only marketing that has been done on the site is a sig link on phpFoX Forums (of which most of the members own), therefore its a community with "wealthy" webmasters, which 90% own the phpFoX Community script. I spent my time helping the members of the script and will continue to do so (if allowed) once the sale of the site is complete

I am selling the site, and all my other sites due to the fact that I need to purcahse a car in the next few months, so sadly all my sites have to go. This is probably the main site of mine i dont want to get rid of, as you can see it took a lot of work to get where it is and im sure the price will fall way short of what I deserve

Possible Income Ideas:
Ranking on google for terms like "phpfox" would be very simple, even forum threads are in the top 10. Then titles like "cheap phpfox" are going to get peoples attention. Phpfox affiliate program pays 30% of what people pay when purchasing the software, so normally about $90, of which two sales have been made on my account. You could give say $50 back to people, hence they would buy from you, and you make $40 per sale. Just an little seo project i had in mind but sadly now wont get to implement. Can do for the future owner if wanted

Starting Bid: $300 - "sold for $275" about 2 months ago as i needed income then but obviously the site has came on since then

Makes about $.50 a day, but only from a couple of clicks, high paying keywords. Ads only been on a few days, and as stated no marketing been done
