In these three points you wrote i don't see anything particularly "lethal" for onpage SEO.

Until now building site using Macromedia Flash was considered a nail to page's coffin in terms of SEO. But some of crawlers are already "trying" to learn flash.

I think that it is crucial for onpage SEO to double- or triple-check page code before submitting it, and then think about another aspects of optimisation. As it's not hard to make simple mistake which will prevent bot from crawling your site.

    Using Graphic Header
Graphical headers are often used for a website to design. Images occupying the full page width on a webpage are lethal for its search engine ranking. Search engines are often unable to read the images, they believe in text that has been written on a website. Home page of a website or any other page on prime position is worth for putting your most important keyword on it. It will help you to rank well in search engines but not a graphic header.

    Graphic Navigation Menu

A graphical navigation menu is able to catch some eyeballs for your website but in the long run internal links having keywords are more successful. They play an additional role in order to get higher raking in search engine results. Search engines may not be able to index your website lacking text in its links. If you are inclined for using graphical navigation menu at least try to include ALT tags for each image. It’s not advisable to use scripts for website navigation as search engines can read or execute scripts.
    Session Identifier
Session identifiers give each web visitor visiting your website a unique parameter or session id and it has been added to the each page visited. Webmasters can collect statistics for the website such as user’s behavior, seasonal promotion of the website, performance of different web pages. It can help in promotion of your products or business but from search engine’s point of view it’s a bad idea to use session identifiers.
Each time when search robot comes to your site, it will get a new session identifier and will consider the pages as new ones whenever it visits them. It is difficult for them to index such sites and sometimes they may be indexed incorrectly.
    Cheating the Search Engines
Using deceptive methods to cheat search engines, like hidden text may lead to banning your websites. When text color matches with the background color, it allows site owners to cram a page with desired keywords. Web visitors can not be able see such text but search engine robots can read them while crawling the web. Using tiny, almost invisible, graphic image links just one pixel wide and high is considered under deceptive SEO techniques.

Using images is just fine, the best way to do it is to use a CSS image replacement technique where the text is there in the markup, but users get the pic. I prefer Phark Image Replacement, but there are several ways to do it.

Which isn't accessible if the image cannot be displayed. That's the main reason why I go for the Gilder/Levin approach. Use an empty SPAN, slap a background image on it, and then put the span on top of the content. If you can see the image, great. If not, at least you can still read the text. :)
