Agree with #3. Do not submit your articles to goarticles, ezinearticles, etc...Your site will be penalized for duplicate content because your site is less likely to be as important as those sites...

 

Good points but i do not agree with your 16th point

It does not matter much,however keyword in domain name helps in SEO.
