    I mean is magento is one of the best ecommerce I had. It can handle multiple store with good admin page that can fully customize your website store .

    I think there are some ecommerce solutions now that do have seo in mind, the smaller solutions (mostly free or very cheap) don't forsee this but you get whay you pay of course.
