Are there any good source for articles under Common creative license. And are there any free service that use articles under creative license and rewrite them automatic?

I don't know anything off the top of my head, but with the creative commons license you have to have attribution even if you change the articles.
If you plan on monetizing there are free PLR articles out there. Spin them and take the time to make sure they're readable.

I think you can copy for non-commercial purposes. Otherwise you need to cite the copyright notices, author's name and based on the author's / licensors the credits specified by the creative common licences.
