I can provide evidence to support you on one point, the content issue and needing more than x number of pages. I have a site which has 3 pages with adsense on it and has been paying for months - these pages are deep and useful content and you could challenge me on the design element as it would work better on more pages but each page is around 5k words, its a collection of niche academic papers. On the "banned just before paying" thing - I can say that they do usually ban people just before they are paid but that is because of a number of checks that are carried out just before payment is made for the 1st time so it does appear this way to people who are banned.
GENIUS... WHAT DID YA THINK I WAS JUST TALKING, MAKING SHIT UP.... I BET YOU THOUGHT YOU CAUGHT ME IN A MISTAKE AND WAS GONNA CALL ME OUT ON IT HAHAHAHAHA =)
Thanks for sharing your valuable thoughts..... Another Myth - "Google never reinstate your Adsense account once it’s Disabled" In last April i received an email from Google Adsense team that they disabled my account due to invalid clicks. I know i never clicked on my ad units or never force anyone to click on my ads. I appealed. After 12 days i received an email from adsense team says that “Thank you for clarifying your situation. We’ve reviewed your circumstances and have reinstated your account, effective immediately.” I get my account back because i never make any fraud activity on Adsense. If Google feels any fraud activity on our account they will disable your account temporarily. The Adsense team never ban your account without proper reason.
No at the time it said 'I will help you to get an adsense account' that's very, very, very different to selling you one, which is illegal. I sell an ebook giving advice on how to apply for a new account. I don't sell accounts - I sell advice. Check it out in my 'products' link below my icon <-
I didn't forget it in the way that you did your reading glasses. As per above my signature at the time said 'I will help you get an adsense account' - that's very, very, very different to selling you one. Which is illegal. I sell a guide to applying for adsense, I do NOT sell accounts. Take some time to read properly next time and click the link before jumping in!
Another Myth: "Having high CTR will get you ban" - As long as your traffic are real and clicks are real then you have nothing to worry about.. Unless you have 100% CTR..
Wow... Maybe you need glasses.... You admitted it in a previous post now you want to act like it said something else...? You waited this long to lie...? You didn't even make up a lie in your first reply... you admitted it so WTF...?
This needed to be said. THe worst and most common I've heard is that "Your site needs to be 6+ months old". Getting accepted and making money with Adsense is easy. Just don't be stupid about it.
It does have to be 6+ months old if you are from one of several listed countries in which so many crap sites are produced.
Its true. For example in India and Pakistan still sites needs atleast 6 months old to get approval from Adsense team. But in some cases Google accept Adsense account for some sites just one month old from these countries .
Who cares, that piece in the SIG is no longer there... Anyway, great points to all the Adsense Myths out there... I need to get back into using my adsense account...
Thanks for that positive note on the adsense myths…A point which another senior member missed (along with the time and effort it took me to create the original post - of which most people did appreciated). I didn't wait so long to reply as he said, I simply don't have as much time on my hands as he does, as for "admitted it in a previous post" WTF????? Admitted what??? LOL - ("It was me behind the grassy knoll - I was the second shooter etc")
