    pr3 = 20$

    I don't think you can really have a "commodity price" - reasons for buying could include the name itself (keyword friendly, appropriate for the project etc.), traffic, age etc. all of which are factors determining the value. Again, where you try to sell it makes a difference.

    I picked up a PR5 site on another forum for low xx - and I've seen PR3 sites on the same topic go here for low xxx. Go figure :)

    What forum was that?!?! That domain must have been illegitimate if it was at that low of a price.
