    I know I asked before, but it's the only thing I can think of... what's the customer's expiration date, and you are SURE there is no "Days To Pay" on the "Edit Salespeople" (even a 0)?

    Customer expires: Oct 13, 2005 (1 year subscription).

    Days to pay: "blank", no 0, no space.

    I deleted everybody and started over.

    Checklist for commissions (is this all?):
    1) a product (not restricted or classed)
    2) a salesperson with a login and commission %.
    3) salesperson is an employee
    4) salesperson has a customer account to pay to
    5) a customer
    6) a sale (invoice)
    7) pay the invoice
