commissions updating

Call me crazy but it doesn't appear my commissions have been updating the last few days. Is anyone else having this problem..?

Im not sure about commissions but I know I should have some impressions/clicks based on the traffic I am showing on my blog but it says I only have 8 impressions all day which is not correct..

 

im kinda having the same problems, but its sales, leads and impressions that have not moved in days...and I KNOW i've sent enough traffic there to get a sale.

 

Check your transaction reports. I know that the quick stats box is not working properly right now.

 

I think I am having the same problem. Things really decreased around the 13th - maybe the 12th. But the 14th and 15th have been my worst days in forever. It's a huge decline. And it seems to correspond with problems with their website for me - getting frozen out, reporting delays, etc. I am new to CJ but I have highly targeting blog traffic, my blog reporting stats have stayed the same, with the right search terms and the same clicks. But my sales have crashed.

 

All of my statistic is updated well once again. It has been two days that the system does not update well.

 

Cj is down to me right now.

 

Yes, the last two days or so reporting has been static for me too up until a few hours ago and it's ok now. I was thinking i was the only one till i read this thread.

Hopefully the downtime for the reporting means they were improving the system?

 

it could be just a natural bump in sales but I had a two day gap in sales, at least i believe so. i could literally feel when everything was back to normal today with the site and then sales started rolling back in. i still love commission junction. but... : ( again, it could be a natural bump but it seems to correspond directly with the problems I was having with the site and stats updates.

 

I know for me to be able to see my update balance at the top, I had to sign out and sign in. Maybe thats just natural, but weird lol
