Commissions locked since july

I have commissions from july which are still locked... Is Commission Junction going to pay those commissions or do I have to wait ?

 

what does lock mean? and why they lock commissions ?

 

Locked is the status of my commissions. I have some commissions which were locked last month and they are still locked today. I don't understand why. How long can CJ lock my commissions ?

 

I found another post in this forum in same sub-forum here ,talking about locking of commissions ,, they say that the lock is a normal action and may continue many days not weeks. contact CJ support team If you feel that is something wrong.

 

I think I'm gonna contact CJ support. Last month, CJ locked my July commissions and 1/4 are still locked and now we are in september.

 

I think they lock them for 3 months, it may depend on the advertiser you use like higher paying commissions will have a higher fraud rate I would of thought.

 

CJ has a minimum payment requirement, depending on your country (functional currency they call it) as well as whether you get paid via direct deposit or by paper check. In the US you need to earn $100 minimum for a paper check and $50 minimum for direct deposit. So chances are, you haven't made the minimum yet?

 

Are those commission earned from the advertiser Ashley Madison??

 

Why don't you contact them and ask for explanations?
