Is anyone running banner and/or text ads on their directory through Commission Junction? What are the best performing ads for a general directory? Mine is www.5business.net (see the buy.com 468x60 banner). I've tried running other ads that might appeal to webmasters etc. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I think that you should state that your ( Random Listings & Latest additions ) may be paid advertising.

a lot of these are bivertiser ads / affiliate links.

there is nothing wrong with it but is decieving not to be stated.

what are they PPC ads ?

The Random Listings and Latest Additions are not ads themselves but do list Bidvertiser PPC within the listing. The site description, screen shot etc. is included on the page. It does state "advertise here" like all PPC. Thanks.

you posted here yesterday with a post re your front page offer, i replied "A great job on your directory". It then gets moved to sales and i cop an infraction for replying to sales post. and using "inappropriate language"

    Not Happy Jan.

edit: see it was not your fault so not blaming you, :)
