    Anyone use and have success with Pay Per Call from the Commission Junction network? and if yes, which service have you been suing - admob, adfonic etc..

    i never focused on it.... i am just focused on pay per sale and...... pay per lead which works fine for me.....

    As far as I think its quite difficult to get approved for Pay per call program of CJ..
