    Its nofollow, the pages fall off the radar pretty quickly, and then they get copied by spam blogs who don't activate the links. It could get your site listed if its new and not in the search engines, yet. But I don't think its much good for SEO or traffic.

    Yahoo answers sometimes good for traffic depending on your answer.
