Comment Hunt (commenthunt.com) is a mini-search engine for blogs that are do-follow. The accuracy of the service is a little bit questionable; good for broad subject areas rather than niche topics. It's worth a look, if you can contribute productively to a blog. Hopefully that's your plan rather than link spamming - that's a dangerous game indeed!
it is not possible to have one software that check the blogs every day and then it find in fuction of one keyword new posts/articles every day.
