    You know, I would guess that the backlinks link juice is dependant on the PR of the site.

    I might be wrong but, who cares!

    You can get additional benefit if you find blogs that use Top Commentator plugins. Can effectively mean you have links across various pages.

    Care is needed though, if you spam comments you could end up blocked by Akismet.
