    Hey,

I recently had a very bad experience from purchasing something on a thread, which in the end cost me money through lost revenue, obviously i gave negative feedback. I recently posted a negative post on his sales thread ( not a flame but posted feedback from my experience ).

My post was deleted by a mod, so i pmed another mod to ask why and and got a response from the mod telling me that they have forwarded it to the mod in question. i never got a reponse from the mod so when the "seller" opened up another sales thread offering the same service i natuarally gave my feedback on the buyers "product" to protect prospective buyers. This post was again deleted and then i got an infraction.

Not a moan about infractions as it is what it is, however i am scratching my head on why i cant comment on a sales thread, when clearly positive comments can be posted when a "seller" is selling something and a previous buyer thought the product is good and then posts positive things on a sales thread......

Hope that all makes sense - comments welcomed ( only if they are positive :p )

iTrader is normally the only way to express a bad sale.

You can't keep stating that the guy was a scammer or whatever - that's iTraders job.

You're allowed to leave a negative review in a deal thread you took part in if you weren't satisfied. You cannot, however, leave a review in another thread by that person where you didn't take part in the deal (why that second one would have been deleted).

Looking at the first one that was deleted, the only possible reason I can think of is the way you left the review. While it's fine to leave the facts of your own case to show you were dissatisfied, it looks like you took it a bit further by telling people to dig into the OP's other threads for more reviews (which could have been construed by the mod as an attack). In the future, when you leave feedback, please stick to the facts of your specific deal, and it's less likely you'll risk it being deleted.
