    it's nice but as others said you need to make the font larger and do something about the green part on the sides!

    I'd modify it to include more compelling based action words. Like click here, hurry, insane - must see!, etc...

    People are receptive to banners. Your mission is to almost trick them into clicking. Like including a scroll down side bar.

    I like the banner design and colors. I'd suggest that you increase the delay time between frames. Rest is perfect! :D
