I accept that hqBuyer may have broken the terms of Service of MaxBounty. And I think what JP Sauve says is right. But there is one important point to be noted here... A thief won't scream when a scorpion bites him. And if he screams then he is not a thief as the saying goes... hqBuyer may have broken the TOS, but if maxbounty thinks that his intentions are good and its only a mistake.. there are two good options to keep things calm... 1.Chargeback most of the leads and keep his account alive 2. Pay him and close the account Well, paying him $6k may feel bitter at first but the cost of unpopularity that he creates is costly 10 times as much... For example on an average if maxbounty has 100 affiliates each earning $10k (just for an example) and after reading this negative post say 10 affiliates jump to another network (since many offers are available in most of the leading networks)... and maxbounty has only 90 affiliates now... then the loss in gross revenue is $100,000 !!!
