Comment box for wordpress

Hi,

I want to put a comment box to my blog like in the picture..

Is there any plugin for this or are they all created by the theme developer?

Open the theme's styles.css file and edit to your style

 

Or you can use any one the comment plug ins to change the style of your comments. Here is a list, you'll have to go through them to find one that suits your needs:

if you understand coding, you better edit the code in css because it would reduce the burden of your hosting
