Comment and Reverse comment

if any one comments on my blog and in reverse i do a comment on there blog , does this is considered as link exchange.

no since most likely they all be nofollow. And even if it is not, dont' worry, its no big deal.

 

Quite an interesting question really but i don't think it would be considered as a link exchange.

Hmm....tricky question. Basically it's I place your link at my site and in return you will do the same for mine. And yeah, I guess it does but I would rather call it comment exchange
