    So my computer specs is:

    p4 2.8 ghz
    2gb ram
    128mb radeon 9200 video card

I can run it flawlessly at 1280x1024 @ 60hz with 30 fps all in maximum settings.

And come to think of it that I wasted my money buying a video card that costs $150 ( 7600 GS ).

Overall its a great game. Still doing missions before I compete online as I dont want to look like a newbie and am interested in the storyline in C&C.

Does it still have the B-movie style cut scenes?

Yes it does. I start seeing the downside to my video card during combat in the game. So yeah I didn't waste my money on my video card.

Never played Starcraft before but my friend says it is really good but I think I will stay true to command and conquer, anyone got any opinions on C&C4 because I have not played it yet.
