Comissions Dissapearing from Transaction Reports

    For the past three days, when I login to my CJ account and check Transaction Reports » Commission Summary I find that a days worth of commissions are missing from about 9 days ago on one certain offers (my biggest). Right now Jan 31 - Dec 2 is showing near zero when it was in the XXX.XX.

    I sent CJ an email the first day it happened and they said the commissions show up in a different report, but something is definitely not right! :confused:

    some times this happens if the vendor allow returned merchandise.

    Run a Commission Detail report. It will show all commissions, even commissions that have been reversed.

    it wont show

    chow stats chcking horrible .. no optin to check which reversed .. we have to manually see

    It's not returned merchandise and it hasn't been reversed.

    I called CJ and they were very helpful. I found that the commissions are being put in Locked status and I was viewing the New Commission Summary report. They do show in the Locked Summary Report.

    What still doesn't make sense is why commissions are being locked from these 3 days when the previous 2 weeks are still showing as New. The representative is checking into it and has promised to call me back.
