Call them via phone and explain it. But make sure the content of that site (~bleh) isn't violating their policies!

thats what happens in 2 cases
you are not smart enough to read and maintain their terms.
you was doing something excessive that was hurting their advertiser.. or very cheap or cheat way (like fake buyers or fake signup or false credit card false info)

    i have sympathy with you..
and i know how this feels..
what ever the reason I show you will say they have no rights to take my money from me.. they can compensate me .. like 25% or 50%.. but cant take all.. its robbing..

yes.. they not came to your door for offering their program..
Its you who joined them with hope to earn a fortune..
hard but reality is clickbank google adsense cj etc everybody is selfish and have millions of affiliate like you.. so saying you goodbye doesnt affect their business..

also screaming in forums i was not paid its a scam doesnt affect them.. Another point is you cannot hire a lawer to fight against them. They are so big you might be penalyzed and stay in prison for this act.

So better before playing with big boys..
Try to capture the leads of prospects to yourself yoursite.. So you can use them later in any affiliate program you want..
try to get constant visitors in your own site rather then giving them all the visitors at first shot. and diversify your projects to many affiliate program.. not all to cj or clickbank

Everything is a lesson.. Life teaches you so you become more and more experienced and further dont do mistakes that cause you a lot..

thats why when you are experienced you get lot of respect and you dont fall into scam or problems..

No CJ does not steal your money. If the advertiser has paid CJ, they will send you a check after 3 months of your account closure. It does not happen always, but once I got it from them for one of my closed accounts.

Yes hey are honest, but not easy going. If you break any bit of thier TOS, then they will try to get whatever they can out of you.

yes, if they send me my check i dont care. I have millions of other affiliates i can make a lot of money off of. I just figured since they closed my account, they woudlnt pay bc thats what google and most other affiliates do.

The thing is that i didnt create that page (big dick pagE) my website automatcally creates keyword rich pages from what people search for and i guess someone searched for that.

They must be! After all they are paying for the actual sales made, unlike the PPC. CJ never have to pay for multiple clicks, automated clicks and click bombs:eek:

Sorry to hear that happened to you, hopefully you can resolve the matter.

Technically they "owe" you nothing if you violated the TOS. All of your earnings are made/paid under the notion that they are generated in compliance with the TOS. So technically if you were in violation the entire time you earned nothing, but gave them free leads/sales.

Usually they send you out a warning before taking away the money, or banning your account. It's definitely worth calling/fighting over but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Having a specific phrase in one of your URLs will NOT cause your account to be closed. Get a full explanation from CJ, and post it here so we can help. There's either something you're not telling us, or something they're not telling you.

Did you post ads on those sites? Having ads on pages with those names may violate the PSA, but just having the URL listed in your account would not. Was there any objectionable content on those pages (and if not, why were they called that)?
