My friends i decided to write this tread because most people at this forum don't know how to say thank you in a smart way. Check this out''' i listed my site www.seccomt here for the members of digital point to list there website for free...........I get about 1000 listing from digital point guest and members... And i am sure it have some webmasters here who feel the same way. when ever we list our site at a next webmaster site for free at least we can say thank you by clicking on an ad.........and in this way the webmaster will get $0.20 cents from your click and in return the $0.20 cents will help pay for the hosting. And buy you helping the webmaster get $0.20 from your click is a lot better than having to pay $xxxx.00 out of your own pocket to list your site. WOW!!! you never think about this eh! The money is not coming out of our pockets. From over 1000 listings not one person click on an ad at my site www.seccomt and after offering free listing a lot of people try to spam my site, they also try to get sponsor listing with out paying for it by entering some strange codes in the sign up form. Let us all try to live like the (RICH PEOPLE) i don't know about you....but i do know i am a poor man........The rich always look out for the rich.....So why can the poor look out for the poor? Did you not heard about the saying that nothing is free? Well the next time you list your site or sites with a next webmaster for free think about his hosting bill. Think about this i get at least 1000 listings. thats $0.20x1000=$200.00 and not one cent would of came out of your pockets. This is how it could be for most webmasters. Please feel free to correct me if i am wrong in any way. Thank you my friends. www.seccomt.com
Well I'm inclined to think your wrong in some aspect. If your only goal by offering free listings was to get "thankyou clicks" then I think you may have wasted your time. Webmasters understand that things cost money and by them just clicking on one of your ads, it may be helping YOU out but it is ripping off the advertisers that are supplying the ads for your site. Just my two cents. Good luck with your site though
