I have a site that usually receives over 30k in COOP weight. It's a PR 5 with 89500 pages.....www.loans-notes.com/. Since December 21st the weight has been 0. I have manually validated every day but it won't budge from 0. This is not the first time this has happened.... it seems to hold it's weight of 30k for a few weeks then it's back to 0.....nothing changes re the PR or page count, just the weight won't stick. After a few days of manually revalidating it will suddenly shoot from 0 back to where it should be. What is unfair about this is the site is showing coop ads or impressions to thousands of unique visitors while it receives nothing in return. It also takes time to build back up the number of impressions per day.
Your Google WEB API is zero , thus zero weight >> Click Here to check Oh you say they are not Not supplemental results just read the green I know this will not make you happy but ...
There are 148k pages in Google......sure there are a lot of supplemental results BUT I have looked through the results and their are plenty of pages in their that are not Supplemental........89500 to be exact
I just found I'm having a similar problem. My site has about 9800 pages and is pr5. I usually have about 17,000 weight, but now it's fluctuating between 110, which is the exact number of referal weight I have, and about 3800 or so, which doesn't seem to correspond to anything in particular.
Well another week has passed... my PR5 site is serving up ads on 89,500 pages but every time I manually validate I still get 0 weight. Looks like Shawn isn't interested. It's very disapointing, I have had sites in the coop for over a year slowly adding pages and trying to build PR and weight and when I finally look like I am getting somewhere......this happens .
I dont think Shawn frequents this area much as weight is outwith his control with the way the coop is setup using the api to measure pages indexed.
I just checked your domain with the keyword tracker and it says you have 451 pages indexd: www.loans-notes.com Google 172 5 451 Jan 10, 2006 Is it still returning zero weight? -jay
tried adding it to the coop as http://loan-notes.com (no www)? You'll either thank me lots or it'll do nothing. Either way good luck. Edit: looking at it i don't think it will do much for you. But I bet it will generate *some* weight. The only other option is try adding subfolders....
Eh if your pages are duplicated content you have no choice dude... only if they were all original content found nowhere else you could complain. A lot of my sites fell from 30k weight to 5k too, nothing i could do about it.
Well the site is still PR5, still has 97k pages indexed and still has no weight. Or.....the back link tracker and Google api is wrong which is unlikely. Looks like it isn't coming back this time .
I think that is has to do something with the datacenters. Depending on which datacenter the data is taken you will see diferent results.
