    Think the header is little to simple. Don't give you a professional look. Otherwise the directory is fine...

    I was going to say the same thing as Terabyte, the header doesn't look very nice :)

    Header should be changed.

    Dosen't look bad if ads are placed in the bottom of the main page.
    Inner pages are good :)
