    Here is mine:

    1) Think and grow rich- Napoleon Hill
    2) 7 Habits of highly effective people -Stephen covey
    3) Rich dad Poor dad -R.Kiyosaki
    4) Cash flow quadrant -R. Kiyosaki

Yep, I've done all of those, plus I did a few seminars like the Millionaire Mind and Landmark Forum.

I have to say that these have been the most beneficial things in my life and I fully recommend it to anyone wanting to uplift themselves in finances and personal life.

Self improvement would be to live a happier life or have a more optimistic mindset (for me). And not about money ;) though that would be nice...

(oh, and sel improvement, it's very important to me)

Self-hypnosis: The Complete Manual for Health and Self-change - Brian M. Alman, Peter Lambrou.

Can't think of another 2 books atm but read tons, it's the implementation of the information I have trouble with, i.e. putting into practice what I've read
