Combining Two Links Into One To Arrive At The Same Website

I have a website which is part of Clickbank so affiliates use their Clickbank hop link for my website so they can receive commissions.

However I recently added 2 other payment options (PayPal and Google Checkout) by signing with with ejunkie which is similar to Clickbank.

However for affiliates to receive commissions if someone makes a purchase through Google Checkout or Paypal they need to use the hop link in my e-junkie affiliate program.

    So my question is:

Is there a way to combine the Clickbank hop link, and ejunkie hop link, into 1 link since they both redirect to the same website anyway?

And if they are combined into one link, then when someone clicks on it will both affiliate ids register so the affiliate will get a commission whether a customer makes a purchase through Clickbank, or through the ejunkie payment options of Paypal, or Google Checkout.

    Here are the hop links:

(Clickbank hop link for my website)
    http://musicmefre.musicmefre.hop.clickbank.net

(Ejunkie hop link for my website)
    https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?cl=71025&c=ib&aff=71601

So is there a way to combine the two above links into 1 link so that when someone clicks on that 1 link both affiliate id's will register in their browser so the affiliate gets a commission no matter which payment option the purchase is made through?

Not sure if this is possible, but I thought to ask so I can spread the word to my existing Clickbank affiliates if there is a link I can create.

    Thanks,
    Ed Crivello
