I often find it useful to combine general keywords and locations to generate a list of more targeted keywords. So, I put together this simple script that accomplishes this goal. I did give it a try but it basically combines the keywords on the left with the keywords on the right. I guess you can do that on excel....unless I am missing something?

You could improve it by making it add the [] and " " around keywords making them ready for adwords campaigns
geotarget campaign is effective and more efficient in terms of PPC campaign. Because you can budget your campaign wisely.
