One thing I like about Adscend is it's easy to use and a lot offers. However, it does not have the Paypal monetization optin like CPA Lead. My page will have two kinds of downloads -- one where they need to fill out a survey/offer and one where they can buy it immediately. So, would it be fine, if I can use both CPA networks on one page? After all, you can use both Adsense and Chikita together, right?
