Combine adsense, kontera and adbrite?

    You can't combine inline Kontera with inline AdBrite. It's against Kontera's TOS.

    You can use it with AdSense with no problems.

    I'd suggest to try both, one after the other, compare your earnings and stick with the one that is giving the higher revenue. You will probably not reach the payout limit at the one that you discard, but getting higher revenue will definitely make up the loss.
