    There's nothing wrong with it being in General Chat, it has nothing to do with Politics nor Religion.

    Man, if I would have a kid who's in the same state, I won't give up no matter what. I'll trade money, cars and everything just to see him/her smile again. But about the suing for malpractice, I don't think so, since the doctor was a trusted one, he was even in the news before here in Philippines. It's just that sh*t happens at times.

    If it were me - if I was in a persistent vegetative state and unable to breath, see, hear, talk, do anything by myself and had no chance of recovery - then I wouldn't wish to have my life prolonged by sentimentality.
