Ok, I've registered DenverCoForeclosures.com Denver Co Foreclosures had 135,000 exact USA searches last month and gets an average of about 110K/month. It's just been indexed with a basic 1 page site and no link development and it's already #23 in G for that query. What sort of value would you put on a domain like this? I'm confident I can get it to Pg1 pretty easily and quickly, and this query has an estimated average CPC of $4.50. I have a couple of other domains which have search volumes of 35-40K exact local searches/month - keen to hear what you think these would be worth as well.
