    I have www.yourpersiancats.com for sale, the domain has 11 month left before expiring.

    The website has a good amount of onpage optimization, for example all the website has been build using CSS, which helps it be more SE friendly.

    The niche is regarding many aspects of persian cats, this is a great niche for anyone looking to eanr with AdSense.

    Google Results: Results 1 - 10 of about 1,180,000 for persian cats.

    Just over 1 million results, which would be relatively easy to gain top ten ranking, this niche has been specifically selected for AdSense, and is designed to earn you money. Its not targeting anthing still such as 'loans' or 'web design' which would be very difficult to achieve a high SERP, due to the competition.
