hello, is there different in importance of a link depending on its domain extention? in other words, does a PR5 .com link is better than a PR5 .org link or vice versa? or all the extentions are the same in importance and no one is better than the other? Thanks
No difference at all. Even the initial thought of added value for .edu domains is right now quite disputed.
For PR, it's all the same. Key question to ask (and answer), though, is where is your target market? If they are students, getting .edu links can be very beneficial.
A difference comes when you start getting type ins to your site. In the world of webmasters it doesnt matter, but for the rest of the world .COM is still King. Ex
All the same, no difference, unless its .gov or .edu those are better! But you cannot get them from godaddy ( They Should Though )
