.com rules. almost every site has it so users who do not know about the whole domain jargon will trust .com better
Here's the thing: Your websites should all pay themselves. If you own 300 websites that don't make $10 a year each, you might want to consider dropping 299 of them and making more quality websites.
I am prefer most of .COM Domain becoz It will rank in the SERPs. There reality is that once a site is built and starts getting links it will stand on its own.
Theoretically and technically, it makes no difference. But people would trust .com more because it sounds more reputable. On the other hand, you may run into some problems looking for a 'vacant' domain name under .com - in this respect, .info should be less problematic.
I always use .com, .net, or .org only because when I sell the sites, they go for higher prices than .info However, if a .info site is making money with Adsense, it will sell for a higher price than a .com or .org site that is not making any money
