I just invest money in .com domains. To invest in other gTLDs it would be necessary to be a very strong keyword domain. And I doubt that these kind of domains are available to register.

Is it decent if a .com domain gets 500 searches? Or what is the"minimum" search i should go for :)?

Yes, right now I would say that 500 is decent for a reg fee domain. But that keywords needs to have commercial meaning/value!

I think 500 are enough to purchase a .com domain

Reg fee domain is a domain that is not registered and you just pay the normal annual fees.

About the selling price: it depends on the competition for that keyword.
