    COM = component object model.
    it's the basis for ActiveX.

    Do you want to know how to create COM components using .NET (you can using COM-interop) or are you asking are there any COM components in the .NET framework? COM is out and considered a legacy technology, why are you interested in COM+ security? Is this for a project you are working on? If you are considering this for a new project, I would suggest otherwise.
