Can someone explain the process of registering a .com.br domain on registro.br for me? I have been having some serious difficulties with this for the past month. I do have Brazilian documentation (CNPJ) so that is not the problem. Do I need to have hosting based in Brazil and a DNS before completing the process? How do I pay for the domain? All I have is an American credit card. Thanks!
