Colors of rep dots!!!

    I just want to know that there are different colors of rep dots. What these dots stand for?

    Like red, grey and green...

    Help me in knowing this!!! :)

    Grey - No gain, no loss

    What are the effects of negative rep?? Does they affect in trading with someone? Also these titles of people like tauren, wind rider, spirit walker..... Does they have any significance related to rep points??

    Cant we trace the one who gave that particular rep? Actually recently I have got a negative rep for a post in one thread and I want to know that who gave me that -ve rep!!!
