Something that has been very frustrating to me is the lack of compatibility among adobe's design suite, particularly when it comes to color schemes. When, I'm working on a project it would be nice to be able to create a palette of color swatches that can be saved and imported into photoshop, illustrator, flash etc. Is there a way to do this without recreating the same color palette for each application?
Export your swatch palette as an .ase file and you can import it into Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You can do it into Flash as well, but it kind of makes a mess. Hope that helps.
Thanks, that works. Although, I could have swore I tried that before, but then maybe that was with flash.
Yeah, pulling it into Flash isn't a pretty sight, but works ok with most other Adobe programs. Not sure what's so difficult about it that Flash cant seem to handle it... oh well...
