I have took the advice of a previous post and found some nice color scheme choosers. My question now is the best way to use them. For instance, if I look at schemes at http://www.colorschemer.com or use there tool to find new ones.

What are the best way to implement them?

Which are best for background colors and which for text or does it matter?

    hi,
whatt ype of website are you making?? colour schemes go well depending on what type of website you make. for example, making a gaming site..usually blue and white work well. with background colours, u want to go with something light followed by a strong dark coloured text.

It doesnt matter IMO as depending on your sites subject/layout you may use dark or lighter backrounds which will then require colours which work with them.
