Colonics

    As the title says colonics has anyone had one done and if so what are they like.

    My health problems all stem from purtrified food matter stuck in the colon causing toxins to be reabsorbed.

    So thinking of getting one done but abit scared lol

    Is it sore?

    Well, I can't say for sure but I guess having a tube shoved up your ass might be somewhat uncomfortable. :rolleyes:

    get ready for some pain and then feel the warm water flowing inside and finally --when the things is out -u have a comfortable colon. 45--60 minutes it will take
