Haven't heard of one. Guess you'll have to come up with several modules covering functions such as forum, gallery. May suggest iLister as a very good and SEO-friendly CMS with Smarty-based templates (I'm running around promoting it today for some reason), and use it for the classifieds section. I'd use SMF for a forum, Google's Blogspot for blogging (gets indexed quickly and reliably), and something like a Flickr or Picasa for galleries (why re-invent the wheel?).
