Most majors in sciences require you to go to graduate school for a masters or PhD to have a decent paying salary... Majors are made to give you background information on that subject so you can get trained and work for whatever career you end up with.

In sciences though...(Bsc) if you're going for a BA... Middle Eastern Civilization Studies? What careers are specific to that major ?
