College kids and their macs

    What are they all doing with a computer in the class??

    Don't know about anyone else, but I like to take notes with a pen and paper. I find it so much quicker and easier to draw diagrams, or jot down notes, or scribble arrows, circle formulas, write notes in the columns etc.

    Lugging around a 1kg+ machine, when a pad of paper and pen would suffice. They probably spend more time playing with the computer than paying attention.

    Guess I am just old fashioned.
