    I am just listing this site to see if anyone wants to buy it for $6,000. I really don't want to sell but if someone will pay 6k for it, it is yours.
    I currently have 9 writers writing unique articles and making podcasts for this website. We post new content at leas 4 times a week. All you need to do is build backlinks to this site and everything will rank well. We were on the first page of google for almost every keyword we targeted but we couldn't pay our backlink bill and lost the authority. All you need is 10 quality PR4 or higher blogroll backlinks and you will get at least 10,000 hits per month (not guaranteed but it happened for us). You can adsense, infolinks, or cpa offers. We have hardly had a chance to monetize so we lack data but there is a high potential.
    You will get our Facebook and Twitter page too. Once you buy you can either write new content yourself or you can hire my writers I don't care.

    10UV. Hosting costs me $10 per month. You will need to negotiate with each writer if u decide to keep them. I am friends with each writer so they cost me nothing. Remeber u will need to build backlinks to get these kind of results. I will post income proof as soon as I get on my computer.
