Buying Collect email addresses - data entry

We will launch a logocontest website soon (big project).

Therefor I need emailaddresses of freelance designers around the world as much as possible to promote this system (1 time email - no spamming).

It would be great if we get xls files with a collection of all designers-emails per country.

All the emailaddresses must be verified, so don't use emailgrabbers that gather useless emailaddresses please.

Please pass me your proposal OR costs per record / timeframe

In the xls file I need the website url (for verification) and the emailaddress.

Actually I need 1000's emailaddresses... so I just wait for the best proposal.

It's not a difficult job as there are probably a million logodesign companies on the net...

Being the project owner, you should tell your budget for the total list of 1000 email ids of logo designers.
